Initial ConsultationDuring a consultation, we will view and photograph your home and talk with you about your home’s interior needs. We will go room to room and discuss home staging recommendations, ideas for paint choices and recommended changes or updates for every budget. If at some point you decide on one of Staging to Sell's other "packages" your consultation fee applies directly to your upgraded service.-- $225
Half-Day Staging Taking the consultation to the next phase,
this service is for those homes that would benefit from a more hands-on approach. For up to four hours, we will target the most critical areas of your home, editing out the unnecessary and accentuating the positive elements. We will then incorporate redesign techniques to update and modernize your home using the furniture
and accessories you already have.
Full-Day Home Staging This service delivers a full day of dramatic transformations for your home. A Staging to Sell consultant will execute a plan that includes de-cluttering, de-personalizing and the redesign of your existing furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories. It is amazing the difference a day can make in turning your home into what today's buyers are looking for!
New Listing or Open House Package As the saying goes...You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. This service is perfect for a new listing, preparing for an open house, or for a home that has been on the market for a while and just won't sell. We will meet with you at the home, discuss goals and options and map out a plan. We will then get to work to transform your home--top to bottom--into what buyers are looking for today.

Vacant Home Staging Package

"Key Rooms" Package for Vacant Homes
This service offers homeowners the option to stage their vacant home at less expense. Many vacant homes can benefit from staging just the key rooms which still gives potential buyers the feeling of a beautiful home.
Our "Key Rooms" package provides furniture and accessories to complete a lovely living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and one bathroom. Sometimes staging the "key" rooms can be just what you need to sell your home!
